Rear Registration plate deteriorated but not likely to be misread (0.1 (b))

Drive chain slightly tight (6.1.7 (k) (i))

Front Brake lever is bent but brake can still be readily applied (1.1.2 (d))

Not fitted with rear passenger seat / rear footrests. Footrests not required - as single seat.

Rear Valve stem slightly damaged Slightly perrished & split. (5.2.3 (j))

Exhaust noise is clearly in excess of that emitted by a similar motorcycle fitted with a standard silencer in average condition (8.1.1 (a))

Rear Brake fluid reservoir fluid level significantly below minimum level (1.1.10 (d) (ii))

Rear Brake pedal so insecure that the brake cannot be readily applied Has no upward stop. When pedal lifted up - pushrod can fall away from master cylinder piston / boot. (1.1.2 (e) (ii)) DANGEROUS
